- Can only be shown during the "Before selling period" or "During selling period" states of a selling period rule
- During "Before selling period", it counts down to the time set in Selling period > Start date/Start time
- During "During selling period", it counts down to the time set in Selling period > End date/End time

How to Use the Countdown Timer Feature
Step 1: Add the App Block
(1) Go to Online Store > Themes
(2) Click Customize for the theme where you want to display the countdown timer
(3) Open the product template in the theme editor
(4) Click Add section (or Add block)
(5) Select the "Apps" tab
(6) Add the app block named "Countdown Timer"
(7) Drag and drop the added app block to where you want the countdown timer to appear
(8) Click the app block
(9) Enable "Show demo in theme editor"
This setting displays the countdown timer in the theme editor only, regardless of the actual conditions.
(10) Customize the countdown timer's design and wording
(11) Click Save
Step 2: Configure Display Settings in the Selling Period Rule
(1) Open the selling period rule you want to display the countdown timer for
(2) Go to the "Before selling period" or "During selling period" section
(3) Check the box for "Show countdown timer"
(4) Enter any text you like for the countdown timer title
(5) Enter any text you like for the countdown timer description
(6) Click Save

(1) Visit a product that has the selling period rule from Step 2 applied
(2) Check whether the countdown timer is displayed
