Thank you for using RuffRuff Selling Periods. We have fixed an issue affecting the display on product pages and would like to inform you of the details.
Issue
On the Misell theme, when switching variants on a product page, the selling period display was not updated and kept showing the content for the previously selected variant. The Misell theme places the variant selector outside the purchase form, so the app was unable to detect the variant switch.
Impact
On stores using the Misell theme, after switching from the variant selected when the product page was opened to another variant, the following displays may have remained as they were for the previous variant.
● Disabling or hiding the cart button outside the selling period (before start / after end)
● Displaying the product message and countdown timer
The display for the variant selected when the product page was opened, as well as product card badges on collection pages and elsewhere, were working correctly. Selling period rule settings and the selling period check at checkout were not affected.
Status
This issue has been fixed. The selling period display now follows the selected variant correctly when switching variants on the Misell theme. No additional setup is required by store owners.
