Issue details
When a variant set as a target product of a rule was deleted after the rule was created, the data became inconsistent and the error message "There is no page at this address" was displayed.
Steps to reproduce
(1) In a rule's target products, specify one or more products and only one variant
(2) Delete the variant set in (1) on the product page
