[Demo] Show only express shipping for international orders

What this demo shows

A delivery rule in RuffRuff Order Limits shows only the shipping method Express when the shipping country is outside Japan. A destination in Japan is not limited this way.

This demo is available in both the Japan market and the international market. The rule follows the shipping country, not the market.

How to try it

1. Add this product to the cart and open checkout.
2. Set the shipping country to a country other than Japan, then view the shipping methods.
3. Change the shipping country to Japan and view the shipping methods again.

What you should see

• The shipping country is outside Japan → Only Express is shown.
• The shipping country is Japan → Shipping methods other than Express are also shown.

How to set it up

In Delivery rules, when the shipping destination is outside Japan, leave only the shipping method Express.
