We fixed a bug on the localization page in RuffRuff 予約販売 where pressing "Discard" did not restore the display in text input fields.
Key points
- When you press "Discard", the input fields also revert to their pre-change display without reloading.
- When localizing pre-order rules, entering the same characters as the original text no longer empties the field you are typing in.
- You do not need to re-save existing localizations or change any settings.

Pre-order rule localization
We also adjusted the localization fields for countdown, Custom button, Product card badge, and Cancellation policy messages. Even if you edit other fields, fields you have not filled in stay blank.
As before, content that matches the original text is shown as blank and treated as untranslated when the page loads. On the storefront, untranslated fields display the original text.
If you clear all of the localization fields above and save, the localizations for these features are deleted and the original text is displayed. Localizations saved as separate items, such as button names, are not deleted by this action.
Scope and impact on existing settings
- Applies to: Text input fields on the localization page. In addition to pre-order rules, this includes the localization screens for selling plans, Back in stock alert, and Order limits.
- Does not apply to: Rich text fields that already followed "Discard".
This fix is applied automatically. There is no process that changes saved localizations in bulk, and you do not need to re-save or change any settings.
"Discard" is the action that cancels changes you are currently editing. It is not an action that deletes saved localizations.
