The improvements are as follows.
- Increased the number of pre-order rules displayed in the list from 10 to 20
- Added a loading indicator on the rule list page so you can see when data is being loaded
- Reduced screen flickering when switching pages in the rule list page's pagination
- On the rule detail page, the screen now scrolls to the error message when there are errors in input fields
- Unified the display of "Active Period Date/Time" and "Summary Date/Time" on the rule detail page to the store's time zone
