On the Products page of RuffRuff 予約販売, you can now bulk apply or remove pre-order rules by specifying collections.

- You can apply or remove a rule at once for all variants in the collections.
- Before running, you can check the target counts and how many will be replaced from other rules.
- No settings changes are required. Existing settings do not change unless you use this feature.

How to use
- On the app's Products page, click Bulk apply or remove rules at the top.
- Under Action, select Apply a rule or Remove a rule.
- Select a rule. For removal, also select Scope.
- Select collections under Target collections. This is not needed for "Remove from all products with this rule".
- Click Review targets and check the counts shown.
- Click Apply to {count} variants (for removal, Remove from {count} variants).
How apply and remove work
- Apply: Applies the rule to all variants in the selected collections. Variants assigned to a different rule are switched to the selected rule.
- Remove: Removes the rule only from variants assigned to the selected rule. Variants assigned to another rule do not change. The pre-order rule itself is not deleted.
- Purchase options: For rules that use purchase options, the rule's purchase options are also set or removed. Purchase options from other apps do not change.
Review targets and in-progress display
When applying a rule, "Review targets" shows counts for "Target variants", "Already applied", "Newly applied", and "Overwritten from another rule". When there are overwrites, "Overwritten rules" shows the count for each rule.
A variant included in multiple collections is counted as 1. Counts are recalculated at run time, and the collection contents at the time of execution become the targets.
Progress is shown while the job is running. Processing continues even if you close the screen, and you cannot stop it midway.
Other operations while a job is running
While a bulk operation is running, another bulk operation cannot be started. While it runs, the Products page shows progress for the selected action. "Bulk apply or remove rules" is unavailable until the operation finishes.
Selecting rows and using Apply a rule and Remove a rule remains available while a job is running. Variants that you change manually during the job may not be processed; in that case, "{count} variants weren't processed" is shown. "Run again with the same settings" processes only variants that have not been processed yet.

All stores using RuffRuff 予約販売 are eligible.
Impact on existing settings
Existing pre-order rules, which products have rules applied, and storefront display do not change unless you use this feature.
Selecting rows and using Apply a rule and Remove a rule still works as before. The rule selection screen now lists candidates in a modal.
What store operators need to do
No settings changes are required. Follow the steps above only when you want to bulk apply or remove.

Limitations
- You cannot undo after execution. Before running, check the counts and the overwrite breakdown in Review targets.
- There is a limit to the number of variants that can be processed at once. If you exceed the limit, split the collections and run the action separately. If removing the rule from all products exceeds the limit, switch to "Remove from specific collections".
- "Review targets" has an expiration. If it expires, count the targets again.
- Collections that use sub-collections may include all variants of products in the referenced collections.
